Please keep in mind that your monogram will be made exactly as you write it in the box above. So, for example, if you want a capital letter in your name, write: Maria not maria.

Bag-all will accept returns of any item unused for any reason within 30 days, no questions asked. Monogrammed products cannot be returned.
